The courtyard was pretty.
The room was very small/cramped, the lights didn't & the staff was unhelpful & lacked in friendliness.

Our room was cramped & although the window overlooked the courtyard, it did not have a balcony as many of the other rooms did. Out of the three lamps in the room, two didn't work at all & the third one had to be unplugged from the wall in order to be turned off. The staff was unwilling to get us a cab or look up the number for one & was unresponsive to the complaints regarding the lighting issue. The cabinets would not stay closed and I was unable to get any hot water for a shower the morning of checking out. Overall, I was not impressed. ...read more

Marble bathrooms where small but great.

My check in to this hotel was uneventful, even though the desk supervisor could not find my reservation. The costs of parking in the hotel garage is expensive at $32.00 plus taxes per day, with no in and out privilege. Overall style, the courtyard, comfortable beds, GREAT water pressure in the shower & good New Orleans feel.
Needs some freshening up ie: paint on the walls, etc. maybe new blow dryers in the rooms.

Overall, very pleased and would stay there again. Liked the distance to Burbon Street - not too close so away from the noise at night, but close enough to walk to it and the sites in the French Quarter. Friendly staff and loved the courtyard. ...read more
